No. ADCCE is a global gathering. While it spotlights Africa, delegates, exhibitors, and media will be joining from across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Our community is international and united by a common passion for extraordinary celebrations.
All delegate packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) include core conference access, entry to the exhibitions, all general sessions and masterclasses, the Sounds of Africa welcome reception, and the Africa Destination Awards Gala. Gold and Platinum packages additionally include accommodation at an official host hotel (half-board meals each day), and Platinum includes a complimentary post-conference Safari FAM Trip experience. (For full details, see the package comparison on the Attend page.)
Yes, upgrades are possible as long as space allows. A Silver delegate can upgrade to Gold or Platinum, and a Gold can upgrade to Platinum, by paying the difference, provided that we still have availability (especially for the limited FAM Trip spots included with Platinum). Early upgrade requests are recommended, as certain experiences have capped capacity.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many African and Commonwealth countries have visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to Uganda. Others will need to apply online for a tourist e-Visa before traveling. ADCCE will issue registered delegates an official invitation letter to assist with visa processing if needed. (See our Visa Requirements section on the website for detailed guidance.)
International delegates should fly into Entebbe International Airport (EBB) in Uganda. This is the country’s main international airport, about 40 km from Kampala. We provide complimentary airport transfers for all registered Silver, Gold, and Platinum delegates. Upon arrival, you will be met by ADCCE welcome staff who will guide you to your hotel or the conference venue in comfort.
- Platinum & Gold: Yes. Gold and Platinum passes include hotel accommodation at an official host hotel. Gold includes standard room with breakfast and one other meal (half-board), while Platinum includes premium accommodation with full VIP provisioning. Both tiers receive daily breakfast and at least one additional meal, plus invitations to the VIP dinners.
- Silver:Accommodation is not included in Silver packages. Silver delegates are free to choose and book their own lodging (we have recommended hotels with special rates). However, all delegates (including Silver) are provided lunch on conference days and coffee/tea breaks as part of the program.
Our post-conference familiarization trips (FAM Trips) are curated mini- expeditions to experience Uganda’s incredible destinations firsthand. Platinum delegates participate in a FAM Trip of their choice at no additional cost (it’s included in Platinum registration).
Exhibiting is open to businesses and destinations that serve the luxury events and celebration travel market. Exhibitors can choose from Silver, Gold, or Platinum exhibition packages, which offer varying booth sizes, placement, branding exposure, and delegate access. To reserve a booth, simply contact our Partnerships Team via email. Once your participation is confirmed, we will guide you through selecting your booth location, preparing your materials, and maximizing your exhibitor experience. Early inquiries are recommended, as prime booth spaces are limited. Our team will assist you every step of the way in showcasing your brand at ADCCE.
ADCCE 2026 is a professional yet creative forum, and we encourage attendees to embrace elegance with a touch of cultural flair:

- Welcome Dinner - "Sounds of Africa"Creative African Elegance – Think stylish and celebratory. This is an outdoor gala by the lake with a wild theme twist. Make it fun and on-theme, while still upscale.
